Transfer the pork chops to a sheet tray and place in the oven to finish cooking, about another 12-15 minutes or until they have reached 145 degrees internally.

Add the diced apple, orange zest, orange juice, pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg and stir to combine. Cook, stirring frequently until the apples begin to soften, about 5 minutes. Remove the pork chops from the oven and allow to rest for a few minutes. Spoon the raisin compote over top and enjoy.
