Rice Pudding with Cinnamon and Raisins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice, rinsed with water and strained
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup Sun-Maid raisins

Directions

    Add the strained rice, 2 cups of water and cinnamon sticks to a pot. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 15-20 mins until all the water is absorbed.

    Add milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla and mix until combined.

    Cover with a lid and cook it until it is your desired consistency.

    Top with more cinnamon and raisins once done. Enjoy!
